ABOUT US

Transformative change to cultivate a vibrant and more regenerative future happens at the intersection of private and public activities, coordination, and collaboration.

Hypha Collective started as a seedling between graduate colleagues in business and public administration and sprouted into an organization with a mission to meet businesses, governments, and civil society where they are to build
a more just, equitable, and ecologically conscious world.

As a worker-owned cooperative, our collective experience spans from state agencies to social enterprises, certified B Corporations, and small businesses, including American Promise, U.S. Coast Guard, the United Nations, Southern California Edison, and more.

OUR VALUES

Justice compels us to do what is right; to repair the damage of violence, especially what we cause; and to restore the moral balance of our peoples and places.

Cycles provide the analytical lenses and practices through which we identify root causes and assess complex systems—problems do not exist in a vacuum, so our solution-building must use systems-thinking, praxis, and dialectic consideration.

Cultivating Life includes respecting it in every form and nurturing the symbiotic relationships between all living things, especially those more vulnerable.

We celebrate Joy at every opportunity to strengthen our resilience and deepen our relationships with each other—we practice mindfulness, seek harmony, and imagine a better future together.
